Reach out to our sales team via email, phone, or online form and inform us of your specific needs. Please provide detailed information about the products you require, including size, color, material, and design preferences. Our professional team will respond promptly to your request and provide personalized consultation services.
After a detailed discussion of your requirements, our design team will provide an initial design proposal based on your specifications and branding requirements. We will communicate with you via email or online meetings to ensure the design proposal meets your expectations. You can provide feedback for modifications until the final design is approved.
After confirming the design proposal, we will provide a detailed quotation based on the complexity of the design, material selection, quantity, and other customization requirements. The quotation includes all costs, ensuring a transparent and clear pricing structure. After the customer confirms the quotation, both parties will sign a contract.
Upon confirmation of the quotation, we will create a sample based on the final design. Sample production typically takes 5-7 days and will be sent to the customer for confirmation. We ensure that the sample quality and effect are consistent with mass production for customer testing and verification.
After receiving the sample, the customer conducts a detailed inspection and test. If the sample meets expectations, the customer needs to sign a sample confirmation form. If further modifications are needed, we will adjust based on feedback and provide another sample until the customer is satisfied.
After sample confirmation, we will start the bulk production process. The entire production cycle is generally completed within 10-20 days, depending on the order quantity and complexity. We will regularly update the customer on the production progress to ensure the production proceeds as planned.
After production is completed, we will arrange logistics and delivery to the customer’s designated address. We collaborate with multiple logistics companies to provide fast and secure transportation services. Customers can choose from various transportation methods, such as air, sea, or land, to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
